Mark C. DeBiase President Mr. DeBiase received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Earlier in his career, at Ford Motor Company, he was responsible for financial analysis at six Transmission & Chassis Division factories, and later, at American Brass Company, he was in charge of all corporate financial planning and analysis. Before joining PhilanthroCorp, he was responsible for all aspects of Plummer Precision Optics in Singapore, where he and staff transformed a declining company into a growing, profitable enterprise.
	D. David Keesling Senior Vice-President Following a ten-year development career with Project Concern International (1969-1979), Dave was appointed to begin the planned giving program for the Young Life Foundation, where he served for six years. Today the foundation has a multi-million dollar endowment and continues to grow with PhilanthroCorp's involvement. In 1983 Dave founded Estate Design Inc., with the goal of providing independent charitable planning assistance for non-profit organizations and families. He served as President of the Christian Community Foundation from 1993 to 1996, to help smooth its relocation to the Colorado Springs area. In 1997 he merged Estate Design, Inc. with PhilanthroCorp. Dave's undergraduate work at the University of Kansas emphasized Political Science and International Relations
Ronald Beck Vice President for Business Development Ron is a native of Louisville, KY and now resides in Bowling Green, KY. His education includes a BS from Western Kentucky University and an MA from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His professional experience includes over 28 years in various administrative roles at Western Kentucky University. For over 13 years he worked in Institutional Advancement where he retired as Director of Planned Giving in 1999. Since then he has been involved in the formation of several businesses and financial planning. He has worked in sales and marketing with PhilanthroCorp for the past 4 years and now serves as Vice President for Business Development. He has been active in his church, serving in various leadership roles, including teaching adult Bible study for over 40 years. His family includes his wife Bonnie, two children and four grandchildren.
	Tara DeWitt Vice President of Marketing and Client Relations Tara DeWitt has been a part of the PhilanthroCorp team since July, 2001. She has a BA in Communications from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, CO and prior to coming to PhilanthroCorp she worked in the development department of the local Colorado Springs zoo. As the Vice President of Marketing and Client Relations, Tara overseas relationships with our ministry clients including reporting and developing communication plans. She also assists with creating marketing materials. Tara is a Colorado Springs native and enjoys all the activities the community has to offer.
Vicki Nelson Vice President of Operations Vicki has more than twenty-eight years of business related experience. After graduating from the Bradford School, Vicki spent three years at Reed Smith Shaw & McClay in Pittsburgh. For eleven years, she worked at National Steel Corporation. Her positions included Executive Assistant to the President, Production Planning Analyst, and Purchasing. After relocating to Colorado in 1994, she worked for the Woodland Park School District before joining the PhilanthroCorp team, where she has been for over ten years. Vicki is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals. She resides in Colorado Springs with her husband, Mark; they have four children and two grandchildren.
